First aid course with European certificate

You will learn how to act in case of:

Cardiac arrest: CPR (Resuscitation) and use of an AED (automatic external defibrillator)
Unconsiousness (recovery position)
Choking
Burns
Lacerations, bleeds
Bone-muscle and tendon injuries (broken bones, sprains, strains, torn ligaments)
Head- neck- and spinal injuries
Poisoning (incl CO poisoning)
Myocardial infarction
CVA

8 hours e-learning + 4 hours practical training

Choose the desired (start) date and fill in the registration form. We will then make a Red Cross account for you and provide access to the e-learning. You will receive login information within 2 office days. The e-learning must be finished before the practical training.

Repetition course

Do you already have a Red Cross First Aid Certificate and want to keep this valid? It is possible to take a repetition course on the same day/time slot as the practical training. To register, choose the desired (start) date and fill in the registration form. The course fee for the repetition course is €125
