Thank you for your registration for the first aid course. Read the information below carefully to have a good start for your first aid course.
You will receive a seperate email with the invoice. Please pay within 8 days and please mention the invoice number. You can also easily pay via the iDeal payment request. Do you submit the invoice to your health insurance? Then please first pay to us and submit the invoice to the health insurance after the course. In case of a group training, the contact person will receive the invoice.
Are you taking a course with e-learning? Than make sure to finish the e-learning before the start of the practical training. The e-learning takes time:
When the e-learning is not finished, you cannot participate in the practical training.
In case you cannot participate in the practical training due to illness, be aware that to postpone the course, the e-learning still has to be finished before the (originally) planned course day. (Unfortunately this rule is nessecary to avoid people from using illness as an excuse when the e-learning is not yet finished)
Read the rules for cancellation and rescheduling here. Please note that cancellation or rescheduling may incur costs.
You will receive the latest information one week in advance.
Should the course not take place due to insufficient participants, you will be informed at least one week before the start of the course. Fortunately, this hardly ever happens.
